- Stock lettering - least expense.
- Custom lettering requires a digitized tape to be
punched that tells the needle where the thread
colors are to be stitched to match your Logo.
- The larger the Design size the more the Tape will
cost, plus the more "man hours" it takes to run
a Tape the more it costs in thread consumption. 
Custom Digitized Tapes average from $85 to $250.
- First time orders, with new custom Tapes, allow 3
weeks delivery, then 2 weeks for future re-orders.
